Clarkson @ BC

5:00 this afternoon, for those who haven't seen the team this year this is a good chance as I believe tickets are only $10. As part of this extremely crappy schedule, this is our only home OOC game.

I imagine Muse will start this one as BC isn't playing for another week.

As a preview for Clarkson:
4-8-1 overall and 1-4-1 in the EZAC
They come in on a cold streak as they are 1-6-1 in their last 8, however they last tied @ Harvard 2-2 (BU scored a ENG and an OT goal to win @ Harvard 6-5 on Tuesday).

Key Players:
They have one main goal scorer (the only one with more than 4) is Matt Beca who has 7 goals in 13 games.
They have the ability to score from D as 2 of the top 5 in points are defensemen.
They platoon two SO. goalies, neither of whom are all that good.

Not sure if this game is streamed on the BC athletics website, if I find a link I'll post it here.

I will be @ BU (but not ZooMass). I believe Claver will be at BU as well. How many BC fans do you expect to make the trip down the B line?

From what I know there are about 40 students heading down there. I believe BC's allotment is gone. There are tickets on aceticket and can be had outside the arena for face (I've scalped my last couple of times) -it's always a fun time.

FYI Adam we are tailgating starting around 3 watching the SEC-CG and it should be nice out so feel free to stop by.

speaking of ECAC hockey...

The BU/Cornell game on Saturday night at MSG was supposedly a sellout.

Not sure how many BC fans in the area would attend a game at MSG, but I know I would.

It's been a successful event twice now, I know I definitely would attend a game at MSG. The novelty idea and the fact that both schools have large alumni bases in NYC help.

I guess Michigan would work for BC but it's tough to bring a WCHA team over as they would probably want a neutral site game back near them.

This is when I wish I was back in Boston instead of down here. Anyway, you should just set up your grill right on Comm. Ave out in front of Agganis.

I was told by a friend who went down there yesterday that we completely sold (not returned) our allotment.
