Genreal observations:
- Whether it's coaching or talent, this is the worst offensive basketball team I've ever witnessed. Don't get how you can recruit this many players who cannot shoot
- If Demarr is your #1 offensive weapon you have major problems
- Madsen is a 3 and D guy who's can't shoot nor play defense
- America East (Maine, UNH, etc.) is about the right level for Penha to thrive. Also not his fault, he was expected to be the 9th or 10th guy, not a starter. Still rather him play than Bickerstaff.
- We need a better PG option than Zackary. He's really athletically over-matched at this level and unable to create shots for himself or others.
- There's a few pieces to build around here, but a team that plays offense this poorly is going to win very few games
