Game is on the U not ACCN.

They previously announced high ankle sprain for Prince so I would think 4-6 weeks. :ace

Yep good call on the TV network.

Last year of the ACC-Big 10 Challenge. Being replaced with the ACC-SEC Challenge next year so we can play bottom dwellers of the SEC like Ole Miss, Miss St and Vandy

am i alone in thinking +6 seems really low. using the weener kissing properties, nebraska beat maine by 11 and maine beat bc by 5 so shouldn't the spread be closer to 16 (or 15.5 for push purposes)?

maybe vegas is assuming that the 'skers are looking ahead to their big game in omaha on sunday and don't give a shit about this acc/buconvict challenge (mcdermottt forever stays on the plantation, electric avenue never stops masturbation)

With Prince, Hand and Post I think BC beats Nebraska. Without those guys, we struggle to score 50 points so yea +6 seems far too low.

unfortunately confirmed

@BCMBB
DONALD HAND JR. UPDATE

Freshman guard Donald Hand Jr. underwent successful surgery on Monday to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). He suffered the injury in the first half of BC's game vs. Detroit Mercy on Nov. 11. He will miss the remainder of the 2022-23 season.

I find it interesting that you can tell if MAL is going to be awful within the first seconds of the game. Blows an open look… immediately gives up an ally-oop.

Seeing why Madsen gets benched all the time. Clueless on D

Going 10+ minutes without a FG is nearly impossible to win a game

It’s part crappy coaching but also relying on guys to score that can’t

BC isn’t winning when he plays like this. We had another option off the bench in Hand but obviously tore his ACL.

They’re asking Penha and Bickerstaff to do something they cannot because of injuries. With Post, Prince and Glock healthy those guys would rarely see the floor.

More concerning our starting guards are 2 for 17 with 5 TOs.

Quitting in the second half is also fairly concerning.

So in an interesting twist, this is actually the worst team since the magical 2016/2017 squad?

I wonder what feedback DeMarr got from "testing the NBA draft waters."

I think about that each time DeMarr is unable to even just take the ball to the hoop off the dribble and then commits a turnover.

Apparently Post needs a few more weeks (according to the broadcasters last night). I think he will make a difference that this will not be a winless conference season. :ace

This team is nowhere near that bad.

I don't really understand what happened to both of the Langford's. Maybe still the flu? They've been either injured or have dragged the team down most games.

Can someone explain how DeMarr Langford was ever considered a 4 Star recruit?

Maybe not on sheer talent (though that team had two future NBA players and this team....does not), but insofar as how they will perform on the court, it absolutely is that bad.

This is probably the worst offensive team I have ever seen. A lot of that is coaching but it also looks like a lot of guys who think they have skills that they just don't. They don't run sets. There is no off-ball movement. They play iso-ball with a bunch of guys who cannot create their own shots and CJ Penha is probably their best jump shooter which is....something. Its a bunch of guys who we should be running off rolls and finishing at the rim who don't even try to do that and instead we much take the most contested 17 footers in the country on a team totally bereft of guys who can, like, shoot.

The best thing to come from this team would've been to watch Aligbe and Hand play 35 minutes a night while they win maybe 10 games and hope for the future (like that 16/17 team with Bowman and Robinson) but now instead we're going to get a heavy dose of Mason Madsen who is like Eli Carter's mindset matched with Tyler Roche's skillset and CJ Penha showing us what Fred Scott could've given us had he stayed healthy. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
