The ACC Baseball Tournament is being televised on NESN right now. It's dissapointing rarely seeing BC in this event. I truly believe BC could compete if they had competitive facilities.

But if we're going to keep playing on a tailgate lot (as I said, there's nothing anywhere about progress on the stadium expansion), what's the point? It's near impossible to recruit ACC players to play on that thing. Based on the no news probably earliest for the stadium is 2014. The plans for this thing was finalized what 5 years ago already?

This point can't be emphasized enough. It's been pissing me off more and more since you started mentioning it earlier in the season. It's a slap in the face to the baseball and softball teams.

Not including the Sox game, the baseball team is off to an impressive 1-5 start with the losses to: VCU, Marist, ECU, Ohio, Illinois
Time to cross the program?

If they're doomed to play on a tailgating lot indefinitely, BC should look long and hard at that option.

Are they seriously not building them a real park because of the Brighton loons and their toxic runoff conspiracy theory?

I think the team is losing because they're being poisoned by toxic runoff from Shea Field. Talk about a real M. Night ending, it was from that one guy pissing behind Campion's daughter all along.

BC's home opener, originally scheduled for tomorrow, has been postponed because the recent cold weather has ruined the tailgate lot.

Some of the local sports talk radio guys attended the ALS Awareness Game last Saturday and said around a thousand students showed up and they were fall down drunk and "God bless them for it."
Credit where credit is due, nerds. You sucked this football season, but we never got 1000 people to a BC baseball game back in my day.
